For those of you with low vision:
This piece depicts three images on rotating aluminum vanes. The three paintings revolve from top to bottom, linearly from one to another. The first image depicts the view of clouds reflected on the water. The second image depicts the cropped view looking up at a hedge of trees an amber sky at dusk. The third image depicts an alternative view looking up through a clearing in the trees to a clear blue sky.
