For those of you with low vision:
This is a wide, panoramic view of the water from a shoreline with red brick industrial buildings to either side, under a late afternoon summer sky with a back-lit cloud formation that's like a large piece of cotton wool that's half-way shredded into little tufts of white with grey. The sun cuts across the buildings to the right leaving a wainscotting in shadow and highlighting a white cupola on top. A utilities pole stands in the foreground to the right, with power lines that arc across the sky in counterpoint to the curve of the cloud bank.
