This vertically oriented painting shows a phone pole topped with an osprey nest standing next to some tall evergreen trees, mostly in shadow with dappled light playing in patterns across the sandy dirt road and grasses in the foreground. Two ospreys stand in the nest, wih the white of their heads the strongest element in the painting.
