Painted as in the distorted bows of a reflection on a polished metal surface, this painting depicts multiple views, similar to a double exposed photograph. In the foreground, a blond woman with a white shirt stands behind a counter with a bottles and glasses. She gazes to the left, where in an overlapping image of a car drives into the distance. The driver looks over his right shoulder creating a dialogue between the characters. In an altering perspective, the view of the ocean at dusk cuts diagonally through the lower portion of the painting.
