For those of you with low vision:
This painting shows the view in a window with a set of mullions in close-up, in pale yellow, looking out on a summer's harbor dockside, punctuated with two bright windows reflected in the glass, showing a dazzling sunlight on ocean with pale yellow and orange waves, and mullions rendered in pale salmon or cobalt violets. The view through the window is of two tall columns in blue-grey shadow, framing the view in early morning summer sunlight, a bit blue-tintied, of sailboats and dock elements all in a soft haze that makes it like a sort of graphic design of horizontal and vertical ropes and hull stripes, with a tree-wrapped shoreline in the background. Dominating the lower left foreground is a young girl lying upside down in one of the chairs so her legs lean against one of the two columns. She wears a pale grey t-shirt and shorts that are white with thin, colored stripes, and a quizzical smile.
