For those of you with low vision:
This painting is composed of multiple views. In the center of the composition, is a long panoramic view from across a body of water looking out to the silhouette of a cityscape at sunset. In a diagonal row of rectangles, layered behind this, is the illustration of a river in an aerial perspective, similar to the view of a map. Painted overtop, running along the river is the branch of a tree. Underneath this panoramic cityscape are ten rectangles in differing sizes, depicting various scenes of people and places, reminiscent of snapshot photographs.
