For those of you with low vision:
In overlapping view, reminiscent of a double exposed photograph, this painting depicts multiple intersecting perspectives. The bottom portion of the painting which extends to the upper left, depicts the landscape view of a field overlooking a bay. Large trees extend into the distance creating a textured pattern against the cloud speckled sky. Layered overtop on the right corner of the composition, the shadows of window panes are reflected onto a wooden wall. A golden mirror sits a top with the reflection of a seated figure gazing into the distance. A green pitcher and sink sit below the mirror.
